TWO CHINESE EXPORT PIECES, 18TH CENTURY the first, a famille rose cider jug painted with dignitaries in a landscape with indented corners, between rectangular panels of birds and flowers, all with gilt borders, and reserved on a white ground with polychrome scrolling flowers and foliage, with a twined iron red handle attaching to the body with a single iron red flower and peacock feathers, Jiaqing seal mark under base, h: 9.25 in.; and an underglaze blue and famille rose mug, the main panel with a hunter, child and dogs within floral and foliate wide borders and smaller panels filled with birds and flowers, molded handle, h: 5.75 in.
