UNIQUE RUSSIAN IVORY, SILVER AND WOOD CANE, SIGNED MISHUKOV, PROB. FYODOR MISHUKOV) AND WITH A FITTED CASE, 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY silver ferrule section to cane signed Mishukov (possibly for Fyodor Mishukov (circa 1880), delicately carved with a moose head with inlaid eyes to terminal above a woodland scene with birds, snakes, tree and pine, the segmented column ending in another ivory section carved with further birds and trees ending in a hoof, h: 39 in.; together with a fitted suede and wood case with scarab closures, l: 24 in.;

NOTE:. Fyodor Yakovlevich Mishukov (1881-1966) was a Moscow silvemith , goldsmith and jeweler who continued the footsteps of his father Yakov Mishukov. Pieces produced in Mishukov workshop are in collections of the State History Museum and the State Russian Museum.
