A GROUP OF JAPANESE TABLE CERAMICS including 6 small blue and white fish dishes, w: 4.25 in., Edo period; 2 inscribed tomobako containing 12 sometsuke (blue and white) futamono rectangular bowls and covers by Kakiemon the 13th, the sides decorated with floral and foliate scroll; 5 small circular dishes with enameled provincial decoration, signed Kikkei, dia: 5 7/16 in.; a Kakiemon type dish, signed Cho, decorated with butterflies in flight and flowers within everted rims, dia: 5.5 in.; another kakiemon style rectangular dish, with plover above flowers, unread signature under foot; a kakiemon style covered cup and a smaller cup all decorated with plovers, millet and grasses; 2 flaring cups, one with flower heads and the other with roundels
