atop three ball feet, unmarked, with engraved name 'Foxhall Parker Smith,' 3.42 ozt.

Note:
Foxhall Parker Smith likely refers to the grandson of Commodore Foxhall A. Parker Sr., Commander-in-Chief of the East India Squadron, commander of the Home Squadron, and also commander of the USS Constitution. He was born in 1847 and died of typhus while a student at the U.S. Naval Academy in 1863.
