BALTIMORE, MARYLAND ADVERTISING STONEWARE JUG FOR THE TRIACA COMPANY circa 1906, brown and white, stenciled for The Triaca Co. Importers & Dealers Wines & Liquors 312-314-316 Light Street. Baltimore, MD. The Triaca Company was founded by Marcello Triaca and first appears in Baltimore city directories in 1882. After moving between several different locations in Baltimore's wharf district, it was located on 312-318 Light Street in the 1898 Baltimore city directory under the name Triaca's Exchange. The company name was changed to The Triaca Company in 1906, and in 1909 it moved to the corner of Pratt and Light Streets.
