BRILLIANT CUT-STEEL MOUNTED ENGLISH LIGHT-BLUE JASPERWARE BUCKLE circa 1790, unmarked, attributed to Wedgwood, applied in high-relief with classical figures of a mother and child holding hands while he rides a branch hobby horse, the faceted beaded cut-steel surround, likely made in Birmingham and assembled in the Soho studio of Matthew Boulton, h: 4 1/8 in.
