EDWARD VII IRISH SILVER DRESSING TABLE BOX Dublin, 1903, maker's mark of West & Co., box and lid bear only three marks: harp, date letter and maker's mark, one side with all four marks, of narrow octagonal form, the lid decorated with a chinoiserie scene of a gentleman seated in a sedan chair being carried by a pair of servants, the sides with a variety of birds and flowers, crest to underside, all atop four openwork supports cast as leaves and scrolls, 39.5 ozt - h:4 w:11 d:8 in.
