circa 1778-1790, impressed uppercase marks, various impressed and painted cyphers, each center enameled and gilded with a coat of arms, including Honywood impaling Courtenay (celebrating the marriage between Francis Courtenay and Fourth Baronet, Sir John Honywood, 1779) within a crested entrelac border; Valperga of Piedmont (likely the arms of Carlo Eugenio Valperga, Bishop of Nice, 1780-1801) within a grapevine surround and border; an armorial shield, yet to be identified, within an oak leaf border; The Fifth Earl of Shaftesbury (celebrating the marriage of Anthony Ashley-Cooper and Barbara Webb); and William Bennet, Bishop of Cork and Ross, within claret scalloped borders edged with gold barbs, dia: 9 3/4 in.
