FOUR CHINESE EXPORT PIECES: TWO BLUE FITZHUGH AND TWO NANKING PATTERN, 18TH CENTURY the first, a large mug in the Blue Fitzhugh pattern with twined handle and central medallion between flower patterned panels, h: 5.75 in., and a sauce tureen, cover and stand, in the typical Blue Fitzhugh pattern with artichoke finial and twined handles, w: (over handles) 7.5 in.; together with a well painted Nanking cider jug and cover, the molded handle twined in two sections and attaching to the body with molded foliate tendrils, cover with Buddhistic lion finial, h: 10.25 in.; and a large mug with a continuous landscape scene below a wide patterned foliate and butterfly border at rim, h: 5.75 in.
