marked under base, of gentle bell form atop an everted stepped base, decorated with a wide band of rocaille motifs, scrolling handle, gilt interior, 7.3 ozt; together with another English silver mug but with marks rubbed, possibly bearing mark of HH and Young Victoria, decorated with two raised muses separated by monogram, shaped handle, 5.5 ozt (2)

  • Condition: Bowles Nash mug in good shape. Later mug has illegible marks, dented base and rim out of round.
