Provenance: With Wynn A. Sayman, 12 April, 1988; Estate of Tom and Lee Stanley; Muriel Silk Collection no. 80; Meeks Collection, no. 65.

Literature: Robin Reilly, "Wedgwood," Vol. I, p. 171, fig. 137 for a corresponding block mold of this model. The form is attributed to Greatbatch though no shards of this type were found on the site of his pottery. In the same source also see, p. 177, fig. 155 and 156 for a related sauceboat and block.
