HEINZ LILIENTHAL POLISHED AND ACID ETCHED STEEL COFFEE TABLE, SIGNED AND DATED 1970
Heinz Lilienthal (1927-2006), was a well known German applied arts artist who worked in glass and furniture design. He is also noted for creating ship interiors for Aristotle Onassis. This rectangular acid etched waterfall top is raised on rectangular legs with circular feet. The material of the base and top is stainless steel, the top being acid etched and the base is polished stainless steel. It is signed and dated on the side of the top and has a paper label underneath

  • Dimensions: 18 1/2 x 69 x 27 1/2 in. (47 x 175.3 x 69.9 cm.)
  • Condition: Overall very good condition, the top with some surface scratches and dirt that can be cleaned.
