PALMER HANLEY wafer mark, oviform, the flaring fluted neck encircled by acanthus, the rouletted shoulder flanked by female mask handles suspending husk swags, a simulated riveted pendant portrait medallion of Hercules wearing a lion pelt to one side, a rosette to the other, raised on a conforming socle foot and square base
