Catalogue note:
Ikuzi Teraki and Jeanne Bisson founded Romulus Craft Studio in 1979 in Oakland, California. In 1986 they moved the studio to Washington, Vermont where they produce utilitarian wheel-thrown, pinched and hand-built porcelain tableware, and decorative art. Teraki makes all the wheel-thrown work using his own porcelain recipe as well as all trimming and carving. Bisson makes hand-built, pinched, and slab-built work.
