of bucket form, with raised bands at rim and base, atop short straight feet

  • Provenance:
    Estate of Richard "Dick" Rubin, Prominent Washington, D.C., Collector
  • Dimensions: Height: 9 1/4 in. (23.5 cm.), Diameter: 9 3/4 in. (24.8 cm.)
  • Condition: Of cylindrical form, and cast as if fashioned from three horizontal planks, With imitation gilt metal 'stitching to middle section. Slight green patination to rim, and some variegation of bronze patina all over from age and use. Scattered dents to surface, again, from age and use. Needs a good clean as surface shows some water spots and dirt. Area above faux 'stitching' shows old dent that has mostly been evened out. In general nice condition.
