JAPANESE IMARI RECTANGULAR CHARGER, LATE MEIJI PERIOD (EARLY 20TH CENTURY) of unusual portrait orientation decorated with a large peacock perched on a branch of flowering peony, with small birds and a butterfly within a wide border of brocade pattern - h:24.50 w:19.25 in.
