JOHN BINNS: DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE 1819 this engraved broadside facsimile of the Declaration of Independence is one of the earliest engraved copies of the Declaration. It was printed with medallions of seals of the thirteen original colonies encompassing the text, as well as medallion portraits of John Hancock, George Washington, and Thomas Jefferson. Measures 91 x 65 1/2 cm
