Meyer, the scantily draped nymph modeled seated on the back of the disguised Jupiter, flanked by kneeling and seated attendant maidens stringing garlands, one offering Europa a flower taken from a basket, the oval rocaille-molded base enriched in gilt, h: 8.75 in.
