This satirical image is based on the book "Queen of Mean," an expose of public figure Leona Helmsley, who lives in NYC, led a rich life and recently was convicted of tax fraud. In the book there is a scene where Leona swims in her pool and yells "Fishy, fishy" at the end of each lap to a servant who has been instructed to drop fresh shrimp in her mouth as her reward"
