NYMPHENBURG PORCELAIN FIGURE OF A GENTLEMAN WITH CLOAK, 'HERR MIT MANTEL' AND THREE PORCELAIN FIGURES OF OVIDIAN PUTTI German, circa 1893, impressed Bavarian shield mark, impressed model no. 17 twice, blue painted U., after the models by Joseph Ponhauser and Franz Anton Bustelli of 1755, the Gentleman, depicted standing, a yellow-lined grey cloak draped over his right arm, wearing a dark-purple jacket, floral waistcoat and black breeches, raised on a rocaille-molded plinth; three Nymphenburg models of a putto, 20th Century, impressed Bavarian shield marks, model nos. 95a, 417a and 96, each in the white, the first emblematic of Spring in the guise of Flora gathering flowers, atop a tall square pedestal, the front molded with the Bavarian Royal shield; the second emblematic of Fall as Bacchus celebrating the grape harvest; the third as Juno above clouds with peacock, the tallest (4) - h:9.25 in.
