England, late 19th/20th Century, including 'Cobbler, Jobson', dated circa 1920, iron-red printed mark, black painted R 281 modeled as a seated rustic tradesman working on a shoe, h: 7 in.; and three Staffordshire models of dogs, unmarked, all modeled seated, including a porcelain black spotted hound on a domed base edged in gilt, a brown spotted hound on a green mound and an auburn spotted spaniel, h: 3 in. and 5.5 in.
