PAIR OF ORMOLU-MOUNTED SEVRES STYLE TURQUOISE-GROUND PORCELAIN PORTRAIT VASES AND A SEVRES STYLE TURQUOISE-GROUND PORCELAIN CABINET PLATE French, late 19th/early 20th Century, the portrait vases of tapering rectangular form, each front painted with a portrait medallion of a French court maiden, within a ribbon-tied pendant reserve, the other panels with bouquets, the vase supported at each lower corner by a floral mount, raised on four rocaille-molded feet, h: 7.25 in.; the cabinet plate with spurious blue interlaced L's mark, signed Maugeze, painted after Boucher with a vignette of an amorous pastoral couple eating grapes, the turquoise border enriched with interlaced foliate scrolls and trellis, dia: 9.5 in.
