PAIR OF WEDGWOOD PEARLWARE STAFFORDSHIRE LIONS circa 1790-1800, impressed WEDGWOOD. mark, at the back, attributed to Ralph or Enoch Wood, both naturalistically modeled with the opposing front paw balanced on a white globe, on a green and black marbled rectangular base molded with a band of stiff leaf-tips, h: 8 1/2 x w: 11 x d: 5 1/2 in.
