After the painting by Paulus Moreelse in the National Galleries of Scotland (NG 52); purportedly a copy by John Woodhouse Audubon (1812-1862) done in 1835.
John Woodhouse Audubon was the second son of John James Audubon. Between 1834 and 1835 he was in England painting portraits and assisting his father on the publication of "Birds of America".
