TWO MEISSEN STYLE PORCELAIN FIGURE GROUPS OF AMOROUS COUPLES German, late 19th/20th Century, including 'The Hand-Kiss', spurious Ludwigsburg style blue crowned interlaced C's mark, after the circa 1739 Meissen model by J.J. Kändler, depicted as an 18th Century gallant bending to kiss his companion hand beneath a tree and empty bird cage, a hound and sheep at their feet, a squirrel watching from above, h: 9.25 in.; and a Meissen style shepherd and shepherdess, spurious blue crossed swords and dot mark, modeled after Boucher with an amorous couple seated at the base of a tree, his hound at his side, a lamb on her lap, h: 10 in.
