Wedgwood & Bentley light-blue solid jasperware oval plaque, 'Ganymede and the Eagle', circa 1768-80, impressed Wedgwood & Bentley mark, after Thorvaldsen, applied in white relief with a large eagle drinking from a chalice held by Ganymede, within a black velvet and carved giltwood frame, the back has a flap revealing the Wedgwood & Bentley mark
