WEDGWOOD LIGHT-BLUE JASPERWARE MEDALLION MOUNTED FRENCH GILTWOOD THERMOMETER late 19th Century, the thermometer by Wandenberg Freres, Paris, of elongated octagonal form, set at the top crest with an oval medallion applied in white relief with a Muse playing a lyre on a tall pedestal, the centigrade thermometer inscribed in French and marked 'GLA-CE' at the freezing point, h: 12 1/4 in.
