NYMPHENBURG PORCELAIN FIGURE OF A CAVALIER AND A NYMPHENBURG PORCELAIN FIGURE OF A GENTLEMAN 20th Century, blue painted and impressed Bavarian shield marks to plinth and to undersides, impressed model nos. 1 and 5, after the models by Joseph Ponhauser and Franz Anton Bustelli, the Cavalier, 'Kavalier am Postament' depicted standing beside a pedestal, his right hand extended offering a posy sprig, a tricorn hat tucked under his arm, wearing a white trimmed blue jacket, yellow waistcoat and puce breeches, on a flat canted rectangular base edged in gilt; the Gentleman, 'Herr mit Mantel' depicted standing, a long iron-red cloak draped over his right arm, a tricorn hat tucked under his left elbow, wearing a yellow-lined mottled-grey jacket, waistcoat and breeches, the flat canted trapezoidal base edged in gilt, h: 7 in.; together with two Nymphenburg style porcelain figures of a gentleman with hat and an elegant lady with yellow manteau, blue bows and dark purple dress, various marks, h: 7.25 in.
