Wilcox (1887-1964, active with Cowan Pottery around 1915), modeled as either a young boy or girl kneeling with eyes closed, on a rocky mound base, matte ivory glazes; the vase of tulip form, support on four addorsed dolphin fish, above a circular foot, matte graduated rose to ivory glazes; and a mottled pink decagonal tazza, raised on a circular foot flanked by foliate handles, dia: 12 1/8 in.
