WEDGWOOD CREAMWARE VARIEGATED SURFACE AGATE CARYATID VASE AND A COVER circa 1775, impressed uppercase mark, the conical replacement cover with ball finial, the vase of shield shape flanked by gilt enriched white terracotta winged female herm handles suspending drapery swags, the surface simulating agate in tones of brown, red, blue and cream slip, on a square biscuit terracotta plinth, h: 11 1/2 in.
